As adults we also need to support each other as we work with the boys. Troop 49 follows BSA rules which are: first infraction ? patrol leader and/or adult talks to them, second infraction ? scout is removed for 20-30 minutes, third infraction ? mom & dad are called to pick up the scout. Parents are requested to remind their scout of behavior expectations before each event. The boys also need patrol leader training so they will be better prepared. We will also adjust our Junior Leader Training camp out so that more leadership training occurs.
